Responsibilities

Weryfikacja dokumentów pod kątem księgowym i merytorycznym
Współpraca przy sporządzaniu sprawozdań finansowych
Monitorowanie i uzgadnianie kont
Obsługa i rozliczanie podróży służbowych
Wspieranie procesu zakładania nowych dostawców
Uzgodnienia sald z kontrahentami oraz kont księgowych
Przeprowadzanie wewnętrznych audytów rachunkowych
Identyfikowanie i raportowanie niezgodności lub błędów
Zapewnienie zgodności z przepisami finansowymi
Współpraca z innymi działami w celu gromadzenia informacji finansowych
Usprawnianie procesów i procedur
Ewidencja dokumentów księgowych w systemie finansowo – księgowym ( faktury zakupu, wyciągi bankowe itd)
Bieżące księgowanie dokumentów
Udział w zamknięciu miesiąca
Codziennie wsparcie Działu Księgowego
