Requirements

  • A partir de 4 años de experiencia laboral en cargos similares, preferencia en instituciones financieras como Bancos, Cooperativas, Empresas de Crédito
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de call center
  • Experiencia indispensable en gestión de cartera de tarjeta de crédito y créditos de consumo
  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines
  • Deseable posgrado o especialización en gestión de riesgos, crédito, cobranzas o administración de call centers
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y Power BI (deseable)
  • Conocimiento de modelos de scoring, segmentación de cartera y analítica de datos
  • Entendimiento profundo del ciclo de crédito y del riesgo operativo
  • Conocimiento de leyes locales de protección al consumidor, regulación financiera y prácticas éticas de cobro

Responsibilities

  • Liderar, planificar y supervisar todas las operaciones de cobranza telefónica de cartera de tarjeta de crédito y créditos de consumo
  • Asegurar altos niveles de recuperación, eficiencia operativa y cumplimiento normativo
  • Implementar estrategias que favorezcan la contactabilidad, negociación efectiva, calidad de gestión y experiencia del cliente
  • Garantizar el control adecuado del riesgo
  • Lograr sostenidamente los KPIs de mora temprana, intermedia y tardía
