You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying Java-based applications while collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders to meet our client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality Java applications based on client specifications.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and analyze project requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly to ensure optimal application performance.
• Keep up with new trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement within the development team.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Java development.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Java Core Concepts: Strong experience with Java core concepts, such as Collections, Lambda, Threads, etc.
• Frameworks: Proficient in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate. In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring JPA.
• Architecture: Solid understanding of microservices architecture and common design patterns. Experience in building RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Testing: Proficiency with software testing, particularly JUnit, and experience in service-based development.
• Build & Dependency Management: Experience with build and dependency management.
• Databases: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Version Control: Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Containerization: Experience with containerization systems like Docker.
• Orchestration: Familiarity with container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes.
• CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Industry (Plus): Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus.
