Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in macOS (with a working knowledge of Windows as a plus)
- Expertise in identity and device management (e.g., Azure AD, Jamf, Intune)
- Experience with enterprise collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Atlassian products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Mac and macOS environments
- Experience orchestrating high-production all-hands events, managing AV and technical aspects
- Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management (ITSM), incident tracking, and ticket handling

Responsibilities
- Act as frontline IT support: Serve as primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring prompt resolution of employee requests
- Manage vendors and equipment: Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and maintenance; manage hardware and software inventories to maintain secure, up-to-date, standardized systems
- Improve support systems and processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, support creation and maintenance of repeatable workflows (e.g., onboarding, device imaging), contribute innovative ideas in IT team meetings
