Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in IT integration development or testing
  • Familiarity with various integration methodologies, system architectures, and application programming
  • Capable technical knowledge of iPaaS platforms (e.g., Fuuz, Boomi, Celigo), APIs, JSON, JSONata, XML, batch file processing, integration orchestration & choreography, EDI
  • Working knowledge of C++ or Java (helpful but not required)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide rapid solutions
  • Effective communication with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
  • Ability to create thorough documentation for integration processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%)
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans, developing and maintaining integration test plans and test cases
  • Perform automated and manual testing to validate integration points between different systems
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, identifying and resolving defects or inconsistencies in system interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and identify integration points
  • Create thorough documentation for test processes and report findings to the development team
  • Provide and implement ideas to continuously improve test processes and procedures
  • Develop and perform unit and system test cases
  • Document and report on defects
  • Drive open defects to final resolution
