The Opportunity

Angi seeks an IT Governance Director to lead the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (ITGC) function. The ideal candidate will ensure Angi's technology environment is secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, leveraging automation to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Governance: Establish and maintain a robust IT governance framework, aligning IT strategies with business goals and risk appetite.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks, developing and implementing risk management strategies and controls.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR/CCPA, PCI DSS).
• Control Framework: Design, implement, and monitor a comprehensive IT control framework, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Automation: Leverage automation tools and technologies to streamline ITGC processes, improve control effectiveness, and reduce operational costs.
• Audits and Assessments: Manage internal and external IT audits and assessments, coordinating with auditors and stakeholders.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on ITGC performance, risks, and compliance status.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing ITGC team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with a proven track record of success.
