Requirements

Strong technical knowledge is essential, and familiarity with IT controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance, including SOX, GDPR/CCPA, and PCI DSS, is required.

Responsibilities

The IT Governance Director will establish and maintain a robust IT governance framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and risk appetite, and will identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks through the development and implementation of risk management strategies and controls. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, designing and monitoring a comprehensive IT control framework, leveraging automation to streamline processes and improve effectiveness, managing internal and external IT audits, and providing regular reports to senior management on ITGC performance and compliance status, while also leading and developing a high-performing ITGC team.
