Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, accounting, finance, computer science, or management information systems. A minimum of 3 years of experience in control implementation, testing, risk management, or compliance is required. Advanced English proficiency is essential, with Portuguese knowledge being beneficial. Strong project management skills, experience in policy consistency and regulatory compliance collaboration, risk identification, and analytical problem-solving are also necessary. Familiarity with risk assessment and good partner management are important qualifications.

Responsibilities

The IT Control Testing Analyst will conduct control testing for data security and critical resiliency risks across the global business. Responsibilities include developing and implementing testing plans using advanced analytics and manual methods, coordinating activities with senior partners, and collaborating with the Data Analytics team to automate manual testing. The analyst will also direct the Data Analytics team in improving models and visualizations based on testing results and future plans, assist the Control Testing Manager with risk universe maintenance, and contribute new ideas to enhance testing methodology and performance.
