Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
- 3+ years of experience in any of the SAP functional modules such as SPP, EWM, CRM, GTS, FI
- Experience with global template implementation and SCM core solutions
- Familiarity with SAP transaction codes (T-codes), IDOCs, and legacy/mainframe system integration, CIFs, RFC calls etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in automation testing tools like HPQC, QTP, and UFT for SAP modules
- Business Acumen: Working Knowledge (e.g., comments on organization’s business model and financial goals, communicates key considerations for business decision making, cites examples of information needed for sound decisions, participates in business tasks, caters to key stakeholders)
- Standard Operating Procedures: Knowledge to design, implement, and evaluate SOPs affecting daily and strategic operations
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, design SAP solutions, and implement functional configurations across one or more SAP modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of SAP systems
- Customize SAP modules (e.g., SPP, EWM, GTS, CRM, FI) to meet business needs
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Manage change requests and ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit standards
- Conduct root cause analysis for process gaps and system issues
- Prepare documentation for new or complex functionalities and share knowledge with the team
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP applications
- Collaborate with business partners to resolve incidents and communicate issue impact and resolution timelines
