Requirements

  • Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência consolidada em gestão de riscos operacionais, preferencialmente no setor financeiro
  • Conhecimento em processos e controles de TI, com foco em processos de ITSM / ITGCS
  • Vivência com metodologias e ferramentas de gestão de riscos (GRC)
  • Capacidade de análise crítica e habilidade para apresentar informações complexas de forma clara e estruturada
  • Conhecimento em regulamentações aplicáveis ao setor financeiro e boas práticas internacionais de risco

Responsibilities

  • Atuar no ciclo de vida (criação | revisão | testes) dos riscos e controles dos processos de TI
  • Realizar assessments de riscos visando identificar fragilidades, considerando a proposição de planos de ação para mitigação
  • Atuar na disseminação e cultura de riscos dos temas frente aos quais será responsável
  • Atuar no ciclo de vida (criação | revisão | testes) das Políticas e Normativos relacionados aos processos de TI
  • Aferir a implementação do cumprimento das Políticas e Normativos relacionados aos processos de TI
  • Acompanhar os planos de ação a partir das mitigações identificadas
  • Garantir a aderência às normas regulatórias (Bacen, CVM, LGPD, entre outras) e frameworks reconhecidos (COSO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST)
  • Conduzir análises de incidentes operacionais e recomendar melhorias em processos de TI
  • Apoiar na elaboração de reportes executivos utilizados nas reuniões de cadências mensais com as áreas nos processos dos quais será responsável
