Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on MDM/EMM and SSO tooling, computer deployment, security, compliance, and project management
Proven track record of working with vendors and partners to develop and implement successful IT projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
Familiarity with industry best practices, tools, and technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, and IT security
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Experience working with international teams is a plus
Ability to work in alignment with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize SSO platform (JumpCloud, Microsoft 365), ensuring secure, seamless access across applications
Administer and support MDM/EMM tools (JumpCloud and Jamf) for macOS and Windows devices, including deployment, compliance, and patch management
Collaborate on configuration and policy enforcement to align with security and compliance requirements
Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including email, calendaring, groups, and licensing
Support DNS and email security management to ensure high availability, deliverability, and protection against spam/phishing
Manage endpoint security with SentinelOne and ensure compliance with security awareness training (KnowBe4)
Maintain and manage compliance frameworks in Vanta, including conducting audits, collecting evidence, and performing control testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards
Proactively monitor for vulnerabilities and risks, implementing remediation and mitigation strategies
Oversee computer and hardware lifecycle management, from procurement through decommission
Manage IT asset inventory with Jira Assets, maintaining accurate records for compliance and operational efficiency
Partner with cross-functional and international teams, including counterparts in India, to drive consistent IT practices globally
Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and technical guides
