Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supporting enterprise network systems. Cisco or Aruba Networks preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity Engineering, related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certification in enterprise network grade systems, Cisco or Aruba Networks required. Technical Certification preferred, Cisco CCNP, Aruba AMCP, Palo Alto PCNSE

Responsibilities

  • Responds to Customer Support Center, staff, site personnel and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and level 3 support of data and voice network systems
  • Constructing, configuring and installing infrastructure data and voice network/telecommunications related equipment
  • Leads Medium Data, Voice, AV, & Network Projects. May also act as IS Project Support and as a liaison between project managers and the network team on facilities projects
  • Regularly monitors all network (Data, Voice & AV) devices to provide rapid issue resolution and provide reporting metrics as needed
  • Analyze data traffic patterns within network infrastructure, detecting operational problems and recommending improvements to ensure optimal performance
