Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in supporting enterprise network systems. Cisco or Aruba Networks preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity Engineering, related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certification in enterprise network grade systems, Cisco or Aruba Networks required. Technical Certification preferred, Cisco CCNP, Aruba AMCP, Palo Alto PCNSE

Responsibilities

Responds to Customer Support Center, staff, site personnel and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and level 3 support of data and voice network systems
Constructing, configuring and installing infrastructure data and voice network/telecommunications related equipment
Leads Medium Data, Voice, AV, & Network Projects. May also act as IS Project Support and as a liaison between project managers and the network team on facilities projects
Regularly monitors all network (Data, Voice & AV) devices to provide rapid issue resolution and provide reporting metrics as needed
Analyze data traffic patterns within network infrastructure, detecting operational problems and recommending improvements to ensure optimal performance
