Requirements

  • Experience with iOS development, particularly product-focused engineering for native mobile apps
  • Proficiency in Swift (100% Swift app)
  • Familiarity with SwiftUI and The Composable Architecture (for latest features)

Responsibilities

  • Evolve the native iOS mobile app as part of a product squad (with Android Engineers, Backend Engineers, User Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, QA Testers, Data Scientists)
  • Build polished user experiences, balancing well-tested resilient code with fast iteration
  • Contribute to overall company goals, impacting both what and how to build (personal banking product, customer support tools, or mobile platform)
  • Participate in weekly iOS discipline meetings to discuss tools, techniques, problems, and improve codebase/processes
  • Work in Barcelona office 3 days/week (hybrid model)
  • Report to an engineering manager via 1:1 meetings every 1-2 weeks for growth and development
  • Collaborate across the company, including knowledge-sharing sessions
