Requirements

  • Strong understanding of investment workflows across Public and Private Markets, including portfolio construction, implementation, execution, and oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, repeatable investment processes across diverse operating models
  • Proven experience delivering investment platform or process change in a high-volume, multi-strategy asset management environment
  • Experience with Aladdin and other front-office platforms
  • Familiarity with agile, sprint, and enterprise-level approaches to delivering change and strategic level transformation
  • Knowledge of public and private market fund investment processes and operating models
  • Strong background in stakeholder collaboration
  • Based in London (contractual location)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver transformative change initiatives that enhance the scalability, consistency, and effectiveness of investment processes across both Public and Private Markets
  • Embed structured, repeatable workflows that enable robust portfolio management, operational transparency, and strategic agility
  • Align investment workflows with technology platforms—particularly Aladdin—and champion the adoption of structured frameworks such as RACER (Research, Alpha generation, Construction, Execution, Review)
  • Drive the design and implementation of scalable investment workflows
  • Oversee strategic and desk-driven change initiatives
  • Ensure transparent governance across all projects
  • Develop fair allocation methodologies
  • Deliver tooling and data solutions that support informed decision-making and performance attribution
