Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of hourly associates
  • Conduct hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution
  • Develop short- and long-term goals in collaboration with leadership and team members
  • Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee project completion
  • Monitor team performance using tools like Tableau and implement action plans based on metrics
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Supervise stockroom operations across all shifts, including inventory stocking, kitting, and component delivery
  • Ensure accurate tracking and security of materials, components, and finished goods
  • Oversee cycle counts and generate regular and ad hoc inventory reports
  • Manage handset and accessory deliveries, and process RMA returns to suppliers
  • Collaborate with management to create and refine processes for new products and accounts
  • Support safety, fire prevention, and disaster recovery programs
  • Prepare and analyze reports to assess goal attainment and initiate corrective actions as needed
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices through ongoing professional development
