Support the Asset Protection Supervisor to maintain workflow and count processes
Operate a forklift and collaborate with Inventory Control team members
Conduct, organize, and validate inventory counts
Sort damaged and RTV (Return to Vendor) merchandise
Reduce salvage and obtain return authorizations from vendors
Re-wrap sellable merchandise
Work cross-functionally with departments to complete merchandise counts and inventory control tasks
Provide prompt and courteous service to members
Maintain high standards of safety, service, and sanitation
Process damaged or defective merchandise accurately following appropriate procedures
Process vendor chargebacks, package, and ship merchandise returns per vendor policies
Track, plan, coordinate, and execute department inventory counts and control cycles within deadlines
Follow count processes and procedures
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, and ensure flawless execution
Act with honesty, integrity, lead with the member in mind, and escalate concerns
Ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity
Deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards daily
