Responsibilities
Support the Asset Protection Supervisor to maintain workflow and count processes
Operate a forklift
Conduct, organize, and validate inventory counts
Sort damaged and RTV (Return to Vendor) merchandise
Reduce salvage
Obtain return authorizations from vendors
Re-wrap sellable merchandise
Work cross-functionally within departments to complete merchandise counts and inventory control tasks
Provide prompt and courteous service and assistance to members
Accurately process damaged or defective merchandise following salvage, donation, vendor return, reverse logistics, hazardous waste, and destroy procedures
Process vendor chargebacks, package, and ship merchandise returns based on vendor policies
Track, plan, coordinate, and execute department inventory counts and control count cycles as prescribed by Home Office within deadlines
Follow count processes and procedures
Maintain correct stock/inventory levels
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and adhere to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Maintain GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, visible accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized
