The role requires strong leadership in root cause analysis, process standardization, auditing SOP adherence, data analysis of inventory reports and variances, and coaching/training of inventory teams.
The role provides oversight and guidance to Inventory Control Managers (ICMs), Inventory Control Clerks (ICCs), and Driver Check In (DCI) teams, partnering with cross-functional teams including Finance, Field Operations, and IC Operations Excellence.
Strong candidates will have experience leading strategic inventory initiatives, conducting audits and root cause analysis, driving process standardization across markets, and coaching talent in inventory control roles.
