BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated team member to join our Club Support Center. Responsibilities

• Execute departmental inventory counts.
• Process, sort, and handle damaged or defective merchandise.
• Re-wrap sellable merchandise after sorting damaged goods.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors for returned merchandise.
• Work cross-functionally within departments to complete inventory control responsibilities.
• Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members.
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude.
• Deliver service excellence through all points of contact.
• Resolve and de-escalate member concerns.
• Maintain visible and accurate signage.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Know your Business: Understand production and financial reporting.
