1-3 years of experience with interpretation and operations
Proven knowledge, expertise, and passion for interpretation, translation, cross-cultural communication, and operations
Top-notch interpretation and translation skills
Strong familiarity with industry-standard CAT tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ, or Memsource); prior experience with Phrase preferred

Responsibilities

Provide high-level simultaneous and consecutive interpretation and real-time language support in executive meetings, strategic negotiations, international conferences, and investor calls
Translate and interpret technical content with professional accuracy, including complex documents, presentations, and live discussions in domains such as automotive engineering, legal compliance, and corporate finance
Develop and manage bilingual terminology databases, including specialized glossaries, termbases, and knowledge repositories for company products, industry-specific vocabulary, and legal language
Provide cross-cultural risk assessment and communication strategy consulting, advising on culturally sensitive messaging, product naming, and user communication strategies
Lead localization efforts for cross-border operations, adapting corporate materials, product documentation, digital interfaces, and related content to global target markets
Support strategic planning and operational execution by participating in high-level internal meetings, bridging communication gaps, documenting key decisions, and monitoring implementation
