  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Biomedical Engineering
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Spanish and English (minimum B2 level)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Department in organizing events and managing shipments from our Logistics Center in Alcalá
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on technical and operational tasks: creating, designing, adapting, and translating marketing materials
  • Adapt technical documentation (product sheets, discontinuation letters)
  • Develop product presentations for internal and external use
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, including technical comparisons and strategic positioning
  • Monitor KOLs and competitors on digital platforms and social media to identify trends and opportunities
  • Perform bibliographic searches in scientific databases and synthesize relevant information
  • Maintain structured Excel databases for public tenders and prepare segmented sales reports
  • Assist in organizing symposia and training courses, providing logistical support and professional engagement
  • Update and maintain the business unit intranet on SharePoint
  • Track orders in Connect e-Store, resolve issues, and propose solutions
  • Support Regulatory Field Actions and manage corrective measures
  • Oversee inventory of PelviTrainers and monitor the generator fleet in Iberia
