- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and telephone manner
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in a support or call centre role (ideal)
- Strong IT/data skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient with MS Office packages (intermediate Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel)
- CRM knowledge (ideal)
- Fluency in English and French

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively across the Team Coordinator function and understand its contribution to the Commercial business
- Act as the first point of contact for all project queries, handling and addressing issues where appropriate or directing to the most appropriate contact
- Follow processes and procedures (new employee, leaver, transfer) and work with departments (HR, Fleet, Resourcing, HR-PSC, Amex, BT etc.) to ensure effective team administration, updating systems accordingly
- Track levels of absence, identify sickness trends within the project, and highlight cost implications as appropriate
- Facilitate production and documentation of presentations, organize team/customer meetings, and finalize minutes in collaboration with Project Director
- Support Month end administration, ensuring daily rates are allocated to field teams along with relevant timesheets, accurately collate information for the Rolling Forecast within project deadlines
- Conduct financial tracking for project revenue recognition and liaise with Management Accounts
- Undertake diary management for Project Director
