Requirements
- 5+ years managing localization from concept to completion for marketing, product, and cross-team projects at a tech company with large global reach, including hands-on experience with localization tools and systems (TMS, CMS, Figma, etc.)
- Experience owning and driving large-scale global product launches, ideally in 20+ languages
- Strong product and operations judgment with a bias toward scalable, impactful, maintainable solutions
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, data science, design, and GTM
- Comfort operating with high ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments - you prioritize ruthlessly
Responsibilities
- Own and drive localization for major company moments, including our global user conference, Make With Notion
- Lead key product and marketing localization initiatives: shaping the roadmap, setting goals, and defining success metrics
- Help refine our best-in-class localization operations by collaborating with teams across the company and building lean, efficient, scalable processes that support high-impact global growth
