Requirements

  • University Business degree with accounting/finance/marketing focus
  • Professional qualification in finance highly preferred (e.g. CPA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Internship experience in finance share service center in MNC preferred
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with a particular strength in English (Japanese an advantage)
  • Able to work independently and as a good team player to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
  • "Can do" attitude and strong execution focus with the ability to work to tight timelines
  • Good interpersonal skills and personality

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily pricing operations services according to SLA for countries in Asia Pacific/Greater China region
  • Provide business support in the form of set up and maintenance of all pricing in Vendavo and SAP platforms
  • Support resolution of pricing data related issues including preparation of necessary documents required to clear orders that are incorrectly priced as well as customer disputed invoices due to price discrepancies
  • Issue pricing data extracts and reports for both business partners and for audit purposes
