Responsibilities

Taking ownership of a core engineering domain (e.g., User & Permissions), embedded within the product/engineering team
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, improving system reliability and performance
Collaborating with Engineering and SRE/Operations teams to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational processes
Conducting deep root cause analysis by diving into logs and system performance diagnostics
Contributing to documentation and runbooks to improve team knowledge and response times
Supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including incident and change management
Balancing your time between traditional L2 support and proactive reliability engineering tasks
