Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of a core engineering domain (e.g., User & Permissions), embedded within the product/engineering team
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, improving system reliability and performance
  • Collaborating with Engineering and SRE/Operations teams to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational processes
  • Conducting deep root cause analysis by diving into logs and system performance diagnostics
  • Contributing to documentation and runbooks to improve team knowledge and response times
  • Supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including incident and change management
  • Balancing your time between traditional L2 support and proactive reliability engineering tasks
