Student status (preferable Finance and Accounting or related)
Availability of minimum 20h per week
Knowledge of accounting guidelines
Basic understanding of SOX requirements and other Internal Controls
Fluent English
Very good analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

Participate in Executing Aptiv SOX framework
Support update of SOX documentation
Perform SOX validation testing
Participate Site/Process Reviews to share and implement best practices
Assist in coordination of quarterly SOX certification process
Assist in design and implementation of improvement action plans
Follow-up on internal control issues to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Participate in coordination of EY audits in scope of Global Shared Services Organization
