Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate data
Experience in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or other data analysis platforms is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and updates clearly to stakeholders
Ability to design and implement clear, concise reporting mechanisms
Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality of deliverables
Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines (preferred)
Willingness to work as part of a cross-functional team, engage with different business areas, and contribute to a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of the cost base to identify areas for efficiency improvements and provide detailed reports on cost-saving opportunities across various pillars of the business
Evaluate current business opportunities within the SEAT BU, focusing on growth potential and operational improvements, leveraging data analytics to assess and prioritize opportunities based on potential value and feasibility
Utilize data analytics tools to identify new opportunities for growth and develop a structured pipeline of initiatives that can contribute to future value creation
Design and implement reporting and governance dashboards to track the progress of key initiatives and provide visibility to stakeholders, ensuring effective monitoring of the Value for Growth program’s delivery and impact
Create reporting dashboards for performance management that align with the needs of the SEAT BU and the wider Asia region
