Requirements

Technical MBO education - Electrical, mechanical
Analytical skills related to problem solving
Can-do mentality, achieve results and getting the job done
Strong interest in production environments, process optimization, and continuous improvement
Comfortable working with data (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.); knowledge of lean tools is a plus
Strong communication skills in English (Dutch or other languages are a plus)
Proactive, independent, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Part of plant maintenance (preventive and corrective) and calibration in a Quality - GMP compliant way (execution and/or contractor mentorship, administration etc.)
Work in ongoing projects such as; End of Life, Rolling shutdown, Spare part management
Working according to current Quality (cGMP) and safety standards
