  • Technical MBO education - Electrical, mechanical
  • Analytical skills related to problem solving
  • Can-do mentality, achieve results and getting the job done
  • Strong interest in production environments, process optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.); knowledge of lean tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch or other languages are a plus)
  • Proactive, independent, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Part of plant maintenance (preventive and corrective) and calibration in a Quality - GMP compliant way (execution and/or contractor mentorship, administration etc.)
  • Work in ongoing projects such as; End of Life, Rolling shutdown, Spare part management
  • Working according to current Quality (cGMP) and safety standards
