Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or enrolled in a Master Program in material science, chemistry, chemical engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • Tech savvy, programming skills (Python preferred) with a good knowledge of data analytics
  • Knowledge in Chemistry/Material Science (ideally polymers) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze experimental data from archived projects to be utilized in data science initiatives using our electronic laboratory notebook and other databases
  • Participate in the development of novel cheminformatics representation and featurization methods (algorithms) specific to polymers
  • Participate in the development of Machine Learning models for prediction of material properties
  • Document data processing scripts and workflows
  • Assist in the automation of manual processes for dashboards
