Requirements

Currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution or technical bootcamp
New graduates - Within 6 months of your graduation date
Available to work full-time hours (35 hours per week)
Residing in Canada
Able to commute to our Toronto HQ on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Strong passion for community building and youth engagement
Cares about empowering youth and creating inclusive spaces for conversations about money
Experience in student leadership, volunteer work, or online community management is a plus
Strong storytelling skills with an ability to make financial and early-career topics fun and relatable
Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
Loves all things social media and has a proven ability to create content
Operational knowledge of video editing, graphic design, or content creation tools
Love spending time on TikTok and Instagram – you know the trends, what your peers are talking about and how to connect with them
A growth-minded self-starter who loves to turn ideas into action; productive, proactive, and ready to learn
You can take direction and start acting with minimal need for oversight
You feel ownership

Responsibilities

Help plan and execute digital and in-person activations, financial education workshops, and networking events (like campus tours and Foundations Day)
Assist in planning, creating, scheduling and community management for social media content for TikTok and Instagram
Coordinate logistics for in person events including pre-event marketing, liaising with partners, set up, and feedback collection post-event
