Last year university student or recent graduate (preferably in Life Sciences)
Start date flexible, ideally in January or February 2026
Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

Performing investigator file reviews and logging of outstanding issues in project related tracking tools
Project administration
Reviewing regulatory documents for proper content
Liaising with monitor and investigative sites to resolve outstanding regulatory issues identified
Disseminating study-related information, including project tracking updates to Clients, clinical study teams and other PPD departments
Assisting with the identification of potential investigators and development/distribution of initial protocol packets
Providing administrative and technical support to the team proactively
Educating yourself about the clinical research industry and mastering skills to measure business progress
