Postgraduate/Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field
Prior experience in Python, R, SQL
Familiar with Power BI (data models, DAX, measures and reports)
Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, APIs or equivalent)

Exposure to LLM concepts and conversational AI (Azure Open AI, chatbot development) preferred, with understanding of grounding gen AI responses in structured data
Strong analytical mindset with ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

Build AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio that help marketers answer day-to-day business questions in natural language and integrate them into Microsoft Teams
Design conversational topics, entities and flows to capture inputs and return results
Translate outputs into clear business-friendly insights with tables, charts and one-line takeaways
Lead the end-to-end process by collaborating with regional and global stakeholders
