Candidates need a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience in high-speed digital communications, working knowledge of RF testing methodologies and equipment, basic understanding of optoelectronic components and their testing, proficiency in at least one programming language like Python or MATLAB, and excellent English communication skills.
The role involves working with global, cross-functional teams across engineering disciplines, marketing, and operations in a hands-on high-speed optical systems lab.
Experience in high-speed optical communication systems and optical design, background in electrical circuit design, familiarity with high-speed packaging techniques, knowledge of thermal management strategies, and understanding of EMC and EMI will help you stand out.
