3+ years of experience in high-speed digital communications
Working knowledge of RF testing methodologies and equipment
Basic understanding of optoelectronic components and their testing

Responsibilities

Leading technical projects from concept to production, coordinating across multiple teams

Taking full ownership of projects—from interpreting marketing requirements to defining specifications, leading lab validation, and driving products to launch
