Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in high-speed digital communications
  • Working knowledge of RF testing methodologies and equipment
  • Basic understanding of optoelectronic components and their testing
  • Proactive, confident, and self-motivated individual with a strong product mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, MATLAB, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Working hands-on in a high-speed optical systems lab to test and validate transceivers
  • Leading technical projects from concept to production, coordinating across multiple teams
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across various engineering disciplines, marketing, and operations
  • Taking full ownership of projects—from interpreting marketing requirements to defining specifications, leading lab validation, and driving products to launch
