Master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, automation engineering, computer science engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines related to automation, control systems and digitalization
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong communication skills, leadership and analytical capabilities
Critical thinking, operational discipline and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
Ability to learn, initiative and flexibility
Experience or knowledge in process and/or machine control
Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems
Strong technical background and problem-solving abilities
Skills in robotics, machine vision and networking are a plus

Responsibilities
Collaborate with experienced engineers on various projects
Gain hands-on experience in process and/or machine control
Work with network, information systems, sensors, PLCs, HMIs and industrial automation systems
Contribute to the development of new process innovations
Work on challenging automation projects to realize the "Factory of the Future" vision
Build the digital infrastructure for production equipment
Drive Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 emerging technologies, digital manufacturing and future automation trends
Implement online and offline quality inspection systems to ensure superior innovation and product quality
