Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable integrations between Sana Learn and leading HR systems, content providers, and other enterprise platforms
  • Take full ownership of our integration codebases, driving best practices, code quality, and strategic direction for all integrations
  • Build integrations that are indistinguishable from core product features — seamless, reliable, and deeply aligned with Sana’s product standards
  • Work with modern protocols and standards, ensuring secure and flexible user provisioning and custom attribute mapping across various platforms
  • Collaborate closely with product, customer, and other engineering teams to deeply understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that exceed enterprise expectations
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and future-proof integrations, ensuring they are ready to scale with Sana’s rapid growth
  • Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code, working extensively with JSON and APIs, and contribute to clear, comprehensive documentation
  • Champion in-house integration expertise, setting the foundation for Sana’s long-term reliability
