This is a full-time position in Boston, MA, reporting to the Manager of Technical Services.
The position requires US Citizenship or Green Card Holder due to activities subject to US Export Control Laws.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing custom integrations, learning the Paperless Parts platform and P3L, leading implementations, providing tier 2 support, participating in sales calls, balancing projects, contributing to APIs and SDKs, traveling to customer sites, and supporting DEI initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a broad technical background to customize integrations for CRM, ERP, and other systems.
As the company grows, you will contribute to recruiting, leading, and mentoring the services engineering team.
