Responsibilities

Receive insurance requests and cross-reference all intake documents and session notes
Ensure the correct modifiers and codes are applied in documentation
Maintain systems and trackers to monitor and manage verification tasks
Escalate discrepancies or issues to management as needed
Support operational efficiency by following standardized processes accurately
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality verification
