The Growth team builds strategic partnerships with enterprises, financial institutions, regulators, and Web3 communities globally, working across payments, tokenization, DeFi, and Web2 integrations to accelerate adoption of Solana’s high-performance blockchain.
A strong candidate has 7–12 years in BD or strategy in fintech or blockchain, an established network in Japan's finance or tech sectors, fluency in Japanese and English, and the ability to drive initiatives independently while collaborating globally.
