Experience in a research, analytics, and/or strategy function, preferably at an agency or consultancy
Experience managing people, overseeing teams, and handling multiple projects and deadlines
Strong design and storytelling skills with an instinct for impactful client deliverables
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, including data visualization and layout instincts
Excellent presentation skills and confidence presenting to C-suite clients and leading internal discussions
Global outlook and sensitivity to media, culture, corporate reputation, and risks
Passion for diving into data to extract novel insights, including pulling, plotting, and visualizing data
Analytical mind with strategic edge to explain the "So what?" behind data and tell compelling stories
Excel, data, and mathematical skills for slicing/dicing data, pivot views, and designing scoring methodologies
Familiarity with industry-standard tools like Tableau, Looker, Meltwater, or Brandwatch
Innovative, collaborative, proactive mindset; rolls up sleeves to problem-solve and improve approaches

Responsibilities

Lead projects and set direction for reports helping C-suite clients understand reputation and risks
Access proprietary scoring engine and Reputation/Risk platforms to uncover signals in data
Explain scores, create strategic insights reports for senior executives
Design analytical approaches from outset, workshop insights with analysts, tie outputs together for impact
Pull, plot, and visualize data to guide team; select, optimize, change, redirect, and innovate analyses
Present findings confidently to executive-level clients, articulating the data story and its importance
