- Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met accounts
- Communiceren met medewerkers van verschillende afdelingen, zoals Creditmanagement en Customer Services
- Afhandelen van aftersales (back-order, afhandelen van vragen) en andere administratieve taken
- Werken met CRM- en administratieve systemen
- Sales- en administratieve ondersteuning bieden in het offerte- en orderproces, samen met Field Sales collega's
- Verkoopkansen signaleren
