Responsibilities

  • Brindar soporte a usuarios
  • Configurar y administrar equipos
  • Resolución de tickets y seguimiento
  • Demostrar habilidades de comunicación activa y trabajo en equipo para resolver incidencias/peticiones del cliente
  • Proporcionar servicio de software, soporte post-venta o entrega de servicios y solución de aplicaciones en sistemas estándar y especializados
  • Resolver problemas técnicos en plataformas de hardware y software asignadas
  • Usar procedimientos/herramientas de monitoreo proactivo para identificar oportunidades de prevención de problemas
  • Interactuar proactivamente con usuarios finales en sitios del cliente, administrando resolución de problemas preventivos y correctivos en aplicaciones/sistemas, networking, redes, servidores industriales, entornos en cluster, sistemas de impresión, móviles, hand held, laptops (niveles hardware, software y redes)
