Candidates must be a titled Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Industrial Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in planning and/or control of high-voltage transmission line or substation projects, experience in EPC contracts, and applying planning methodologies for projects with multiple work fronts.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required, along with solid knowledge in scheduling, productivity analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), S-curves, performance indicators, reading electrical plans, and high-voltage electrical construction processes.
The position is for the project in Cáclic, Jaén, Cajamarca, and candidates must have availability to travel.
