Responsibilities

Análisis de procesos, creación de diagramas de flujo y redacción de procedimientos y estándares
Identificación de mejoras en los procesos
Establecer, implantar y mantener el Sistema de Calidad en Proyectos
Recopilación y análisis de datos relacionados con KPIs y reporting
Realización de auditorías internas. Visitas a proyectos cuando sea necesario
Asistencia a auditorías externas
Gestión de no conformidades
