Bachelor's degree
2 years of experience in clean room and sterilization
Advanced English
Ability to work independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects
Familiarity with local documentation for topics such as bioburden, residuals, endotoxin, load configurations etc. (act as mfg site sterilization SME)

Responsibilities

Review and approve validation protocols, testing, and final reports
Manage Change Controls for Quality Documentation updates and Site readiness
Support dunnage coordination for validation (modifying existing pallets, building new pallets, borrowing existing pallets)
Support sample builds as needed
Lead/participate in conversations on New Cycle specification documents once validation is complete and parameters are locked
Review Scope list and provide information on current validations/documentation for existing sterilization cycles
Act as mfg site sterilization SME
Set objectives for own job area to meet project and assignment goals
Contribute to completion of project milestones (may involve cross-functional assignments)
Solve general problems by making adjustments or recommending enhancements in systems and processes
Communicate with internal contacts to share information, status, needs, and issues
Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and/or support staff
