Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and have experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues at the physical, process/memory, network, session, database, and application levels. They should be comfortable with authentication and application log transformation – parsing, scripting, and automation/workflow, and have experience with Identity and Access Management tools and orchestration (Okta / AD) and application and SCIM provisioning. Furthermore, candidates should have experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with relevant certifications such as Okta and AWS.
The Infrastructure Apps Engineer (SRE) will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud environments by collaborating with development, security, and DevOps teams to streamline infrastructure application workflows. They will architect, engineer, and support various infrastructure applications and cloud services, employing modern tools, self-service capabilities, and automation techniques. This role involves monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies. They will also contribute to a modern, self-service, proactive and AI-driven solutions, integrating Unified Collaboration tools and maintaining a robust and efficient cloud infrastructure.
