Requirements

  • 3+ years of infrastructure or systems administration experience, preferably in an enterprise environment
  • Passion for technology, automation, and systems management
  • Familiarity with support and incident response procedures
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and driven to solve problems regardless of ownership
  • Curious and flexible - quickly adapts to changing business requirements and new technology
  • Foundation in Windows operating systems, networking basics, and application support
  • Works closely with development teams to find solutions to technical problems
  • Hands-on experience with any public cloud platform, AWS preferred
  • Working knowledge of Git for version control and infrastructure as code
  • Good technical communication skills and documents progress clearly
  • Demonstrated skill to learn legacy systems and work with existing codebases
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline preferred but not required
