The salary range (RAL) is in the band of 32,000 - 35,000 euros.
This is not a remote position; it involves fieldwork promoting the product to General Practitioners across assigned regions in Italy, such as Lombardia, Toscana, Lazio, and Campania, with coverage of travel expenses.
Candidates need a degree in scientific disciplines (law 219/06), at least 2-3 years of prior experience in the same role, knowledge of the assigned territory's general practitioners, good Office package skills, CRM usage, and a strong scientific background.
Benefits include a contract under CCNL Commercio (initial 1-year fixed term), incentive system tied to objectives, company car, travel and expense coverage per company policy, and IT equipment.
Strong candidates have the required degree, 2-3 years experience, territory knowledge, and technical skills; standout profiles also show excellent communication, negotiation, results orientation, active listening, organizational skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving, and English as a plus.
