Responsibilities

Complete four 6-month placements in Sales (including future technologies), Marketing, Aftermarket Parts (including digital), and Strategy Team
Participate in personal learning and development experiences with formal training
Deliver business contributions, such as working on 6 Sigma teams, project teams, shaping/delivering sales conferences, or developing sales propositions for customer visits
Draw on support from Graduate Manager and assigned mentor as needed
