Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in data collection & systems in a Manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • GMP and OSHA training knowledge
  • Experience with Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Know, understand and comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines
  • Report unsafe conditions, all injuries, illnesses and hazardous materials releases
  • Wear personal protective equipment and attend EHS training programs
  • Follow all safe work procedures
  • Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, QA, and QC, etc.)
  • Adhere to QMS policy and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct real on-line time studies and scrap rate analysis for input into database for further analysis
  • Analyze real-time and historical data gathered
  • Create reports from existing ERP system to simplify analysis by using available data
  • Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
  • Prepare formal reports and/or presentations that summarize analysis results for improved efficiency and recommendations to management
  • Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously; coordinate and effectively communicate the status of projects with key personnel in other departments
  • Analyze manufacturing and business data processing problems to assist in improvement of existing systems or through automation
  • Develop reports and tools using BI applications to inform operational decisions, track performance and health KPIs, and automate repetitive work
  • Establish capacity specifications and targets (e.g. OEE, cycle time, etc.)
  • Calculate direct and indirect headcount requirements
