Preference for multi-state licenses including at least two of: AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, TN, TX, VA (not limited to these)
Minimum of 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
