Requirements
- 10+ years as Full-stack engineer with experience in design & Architecture
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Leading the Technical team with a strong communication skill
- Experience designing and implementing REST API web services using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
- Strong in writing modular and testable code and test cases (unit, functional and integration) using frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and Mock MVC
- Experience developing micro-services architecture, and good understanding of distributed concepts, common design principles, design patterns and cloud applications
- Experience in service-oriented architecture, inter dependency service management and orchestration
- Experience in troubleshooting critical production issues at the platform level
- Experience designing and testing RDBMS and No SQL databases
- Experience in working with Caching technology like Redis, Mem cache or other related Systems
- Experience in working with Kafka
- Experience in working with GraphQL and REST APIs
- Experience building customisable, reusable, accessible cross-platform and dynamic solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the customer and the company
- Conduct Architecture & Design Reviews and Code Reviews across teams
- Collaborate with team members to develop best practices and client requirements for the software
- Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set priorities and deliver awesome products
- Professionally maintain all codes, best practices and create updates regularly to address the customer’s and company’s concerns
- Analyze and test programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance
- Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently
- Develop programs that monitor sharing of private information to ensure software security
- Seek ways to improve the software and its effectiveness
- Participate in hiring and build teams enabling them to be high performing agile teams
- Support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications
- Strive for Everyday Engineering Excellence and Operational Excellence through innovation and product focus mindset
- Be self-driven, self-motivated, comfortable with aggressive deadlines and getting your team to execute on fast iteration cycles
- Lead the technical team and follow established practices for the delivery and provide reporting on the development and meet standards of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery). Ensure the deliverables are on time and with zero defects
- Implement the GenAI solutions which helps the Customer support to Self Serve the Walmart Customers
